Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 10 potato pancakes (frozen)
  • 1 point salmon, smoked (also wild salmon), sliced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

New Year’s Eve dinner

Fry the potato pancakes on both sides in a pan according to the package instructions. Add chopped herbs to the sour cream, if desired, and mix lightly. Then divide the mixture between the still-hot pancakes in portions. Place the salmon slices on top. Serve immediately. This is a traditional New Year’s Eve recipe for me. It’s quick and everyone has enjoyed it so far.
