Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, round
  • 700 g potatoes
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • ½ onion(s), chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • a little nutmeg
  • Parsley
  • 2 dl milk
  • ½ dl cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Place the puff pastry in a springform pan and prick with a fork. Peel the potatoes and grate them. Mix with diced bacon and chopped onion and season. Spread the potato mixture over the dough. For the topping, mix the milk, cream, eggs, and grated cheese and season. Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
