Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 200 g water
- 100 g milk, lukewarm
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some salt
- 12 slice(s) cheese (sliced cheese)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 8 potatoes, depending on size
- Salt
- olive oil
- rosemary
- some cheese (provolone)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
for 2 pizza trays
Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk, add it to the well with the remaining dough ingredients, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place. Divide the dough and roll out thinly on two pizza pans. Spread the sliced cheese on the dough. Place the cooked ham on top. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Arrange the slices on top of the ham. Season with salt. Drizzle a little olive oil over the potato slices and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Crumble the provolone over the potatoes. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
