Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, waxy (e.g. Linda, Cilena)
- 3 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- little oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and peel the potatoes, and coarsely grate them directly into a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix everything well. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking tray with baking paper and drizzle with a little oil. I then divide the potato mixture into 6 portions and arrange them side by side on the tray in the form of rösti. Bake on the second rack from the bottom for about 40 minutes. Serve hot. This is best served with smoked salmon topped with a generous dollop of sour cream. You can also serve it with a mixed salad.
