Nut-chocolate spread from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g sugar
  • 60 g nuts
  • 100 g chocolate (block chocolate), cut into pieces
  • 70 g butter, soft
  • 100 g milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add sugar to the mixing bowl and grind for 10 seconds/speed 10. Add nuts and chocolate and grind for 20 seconds/speed 8. Add butter and milk and process for 3 minutes/50°C/speed 2 until smooth. Store the spread in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
