Raisin bread from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 40 g sugar
  • some salt
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 150 g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g butter
  • 150 g raisins
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the raisins in the mixing bowl and knead for 2.5 minutes on the ear setting until a dough forms. Add the raisins and knead for another half a minute on the ear setting. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan or braided bread pan. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
