Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 3 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, large
  • 1 liter vegetable broth, strong
  • 150 ml vinegar, e.g. apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cucumber(s), sour
  • Egg(s)
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil and slice the potatoes, finely dice the pickles. Dice the onions and make a broth from the vegetable broth, vinegar, and onions. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Garnish the potato salad with fresh chives or hard-boiled eggs. Potato salad goes well with sausages and bread, but it’s also delicious on its own!
