  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Oil
  • 1 Vinegar
  • 3 Pickles

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, wash them and cook them in a cauldron, drain them and let them cool down in a large bowl. Cut the cucumbers into rings, cut the chives and chop the onions give and mix well then it is best to let it steep for one night in the refrigerator, season a little if necessary, then serve with the fried fish
