Minced Ham Rolls

  • 6 Discs Boiled ham
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 200 ml Rama Cremefine for cooking
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • Italian herbs to taste
  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika and mix well. Shape into rolls and roll in the cooked ham. Place the rolls in a baking dish. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Mix tomatoes with Rama Cremefine and 200 ml water, add Italian herbs, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the ham rolls.
