Potato salad pimped up

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of potato salad with crème fraîche, 700 g,
  • 1 jar capers
  • 4 gherkins
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Store-bought potato salad is refined with fresh ingredients

Drain the capers, finely slice the gherkins, finely chop the chives, and dice the eggs. Mix all the chopped ingredients with the finished potato salad. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. This goes very well with a fried salmon steak.
