Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, waxy
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 250 ml beef broth
- 1 tsp, heaped pepper
- 2 tbsp Maggi
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water, drain, rinse, and peel while still hot. Slice the potatoes. Cut the onions into 1 cm thick slices. Stir all ingredients into the potatoes and pour over the hot beef broth. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for 40 minutes.
