Potato Salad with Garlic Mustard

The perfect potato salad with garlic mustard recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 medium sized Jacket potatoes, sliced
  • 2 medium sized Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 handful Garlic mustard, chopped
  • 1 size Red onion, finely chopped
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • Elderflower vinegar, homemade
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 125 ml Meatsoup
  1. Put all the prepared vegetables in a salad bowl and mix. Add the meat stock.
