Potato Salad with Garlic Mustard

- 5 medium sized Jacket potatoes, sliced
- 2 medium sized Tomatoes, diced
- 1 handful Garlic mustard, chopped
- 1 size Red onion, finely chopped
- 150 g Yogurt
- Elderflower vinegar, homemade
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 125 ml Meatsoup
- Put all the prepared vegetables in a salad bowl and mix. Add the meat stock.
