Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g potatoes, cooked
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces
- 1 jar asparagus, or freshly cooked
- 2 tbsp salad cream balance
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the potatoes and asparagus, mix with the remaining ingredients and season with pepper and salt.
