Colorful fruit salad with yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 150 g yogurt (fruit)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, core, and finely chop the apples and pears. Peel and finely chop the bananas, kiwis, and orange. Place them in a large bowl along with the mandarin oranges (without juice). Now add the raisins, almonds, and fruit yogurt (e.g., vanilla, apple-kiwi, or pear-vanilla buttermilk dessert) and stir in. A little more mandarin orange juice can be added, if desired. The ingredients are quite variable; papaya would certainly go well with this, as would yellow-fleshed melons.
