Potato salad with Sylt salad dressing

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 kg potatoes
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 ½ large bottle(s) of sauce (Sylter salad sauce)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, rinse, peel, let cool, and slice. Peel and deseed the cucumber, and cut into small pieces. Chop the radishes into small pieces and finely chop the chives. Mix everything together in a large bowl with the Sylt salad dressing and season with salt and pepper.
