Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, waxy
  • 2 spring onions, 2 spring onions
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 2 radishes
  • 100 g cheese, white
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 3 sprigs of basil, the leaves
  • 1 shot of vinegar, elderflower diluted
  • 1 shot of oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, boil the potatoes and peel them. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the spring onions and dice the radishes. Dice the tomatoes as much as possible and add them all to the bowl. Cut the soft cheese (cow’s milk cheese) into small cubes and add them to the bowl as well. Now add the salt, pepper, and oil in turn, along with a small splash of vinegar diluted with warm water. Finally, stir in the sour cream and finely chopped basil. Garnish with basil.
