Potato Salad with Whip

The perfect potato salad with whip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes, mainly waxy
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 glass Gherkins, 185 g
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip Balance, 250 ml
  • Salt pepper
  • N. B. some broth powder
  1. Cook the potatoes with their skins in salted water, let them cool, peel them and then cut them into slices. Hard boil eggs, then peel and cut into wedges or slices.
  2. Peel the onion and dice finely. Drain the gherkins (collecting the juice) and cut into slices. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix the potatoes, eggs, onions, gherkins and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Mix the whip salad cream with a little water from the pickles until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and stock powder. Add the salad cream to the salad, stir and season again as required.
