- 50 g Coffee beans
- 0,25 l Milk
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 60 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 El Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Msp Strength
- Bring the milk with the vanilla and the coffee beans to the boil and let it steep for 20 minutes, then sieve and thicken with flour butter.
