Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • n. B. ham
  • n. B. cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes. Then boil and let cool. Whisk the egg with salt and pepper in a plate, and set aside the breadcrumbs in another plate. Coat the potato slices in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. As you turn them over, add ham and cheese to every other potato slice, as desired. Once the potato slices are the desired color, place the plain potato slices on top of the toppings and arrange on a plate.
