Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large potatoes
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- Thyme
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the feta. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then arrange the cherry tomatoes and feta on top and season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
