Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g onion(s)
- 750 ml broth
- 250 ml sweet cream
- some chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the onions and dice the potatoes (if you have a Tupperware Quick Chef, it’s a breeze). Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions until light brown. Add the potatoes and fry for a while longer. Add the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the cream and let the soup simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives and garnish the soup with them.
