Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of Kasseler cold cuts
  • ¼ bunch chives
  • 4 tbsp mashed potato powder
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • ¼ tsp marjoram, dried
  • 3 tbsp peas, frozen
  • 40 g potato chips

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Finely dice the smoked pork. Finely chop the chives. Combine the mashed potatoes, broth, and marjoram in a heat-resistant, sealable 500 ml jar. Top with the smoked pork, peas, and chives. Seal the jar tightly. To prepare, pour 400 ml of boiling water into the jar and stir well with a tablespoon. Let it steep for 6 minutes, then stir again shortly before serving. Serve with chips.
