  • 16 Medium potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 Discs Mixed with bacon, diced
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 Rods Leeks
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 4 Pair Viennese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes and carrots in a little salted water until cooked. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in the butter until crispy. Cut the leek into thin slices and add to the pan with the bacon. Remove the pan from the stove and mix well.
  • Mash the potatoes and carrots in the saucepan and add the bacon and leek mix. Then pour in the cream. Then season well with the spices. Finally add the wieners cut into pieces and let them steep. This recipe is always made by my 12 year old son
