Chicken Breast with Mozzarella and Bacon

The perfect chicken breast with mozzarella and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  • 8 Discs Bacon
  • Cheese (any)
  • Tomato ketchup
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Milk
  1. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, brush with tomato ketshup, season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat some fat in a pan and fry the chicken breasts all around.
  3. Now remove the chicken breasts, wrap in baking paper and cook in the preheated oven for 120 or 20 minutes
  4. Remove the breasts, let them cool down a little and incise them diagonally
  5. Cut the mozarella into slices and wrap the bacon, place in the incisions and sprinkle with the cheese
  6. Put it in the warm oven and bake it briefly
  7. SAUCE In the gravy, sauté the chopped onion and garlic; add the tomatoes, deglaze with the tomato ketchup and milk and season again.
