Potato stew with bratwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages
  • Milk
  • 60 g fat
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • Salt
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ liter yogurt
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toss the sausages in a little milk, then brown them all over in the frying fat in an ovenproof dish. Thinly slice the peeled potatoes and add them to the sausages along with the chopped onions and a little salt. Add boiling water, pour over the yogurt mixed with 1 teaspoon of flour, and simmer tightly covered for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
