Ingredients for 3 servings:

- 200 g cream cheese, grainy 0.2%
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g zucchini
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and pepper
- herbs, fresh

Peel and finely grate the onion and carrots, as well as the zucchini. Place the ground beef in a bowl, add the onion, carrots, zucchini, cream cheese, and egg, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, then add the herbs. Grease any baking dish with 1 teaspoon of oil, add the ground beef mixture, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. I served it with a horseradish sauce from Illepille.
