Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 lamb sausages
  • 500 g beans, green, fresh or frozen
  • 6 potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces
  • lots of salt water
  • savory
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Fry the lamb sausages in a little fat in a pan. At the same time, cook the beans, savory, and potatoes in a small pot in plenty of salted water until al dente. Remove from the heat after about 10 minutes. Cut the sausages into small pieces and return them to the pan. Then dust them with a little flour in the pan and thicken with the bean cooking water. Add the sausages to the pot with the potatoes and beans. Perhaps add a little more salt and a light gravy thickener if the stew is too runny.
