Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g Oreo cookies
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g cream
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g jam, velvety
  • 100 g berries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Crush the Oreo cookies with a mixer, then melt the butter and mix both together. Pour the mixture into a dish as the bottom layer. I prefer using a small rectangular tin or a loaf pan. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the jam and cream cheese. Spread the mixture over the cookie mixture as the second layer. Place the two layers together in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Place the berries and lemon juice in a bowl. Sift the powdered sugar into the bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture into the dish as the third layer once the middle layer has firmed up a little. Freeze overnight.
