Potato stew with meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • some oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 500 g pork, cut into small cubes
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sauté both in oil until translucent and sprinkle with paprika. Add the meat and sear briefly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and add them, then simmer on low heat until the potatoes are tender. If the stock has reduced too much, add a little more water. Season to taste with salt.
