Smart carrot soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 4 sausages (Mettwurst), sliced
  • 1 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 liter of broth
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes. Slice the carrots and dice the potatoes. Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, and sausage to the broth, add the pizza tomatoes and bay leaves, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 20 minutes. Then remove the bay leaves and season with salt and vinegar. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread.
