Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, raw, grated
  • 500 g vegetables, grated or chopped as desired
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated Emmental (if desired)
  • 3 tbsp bacon, diced (if desired)
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let stand for about 5 minutes. Heat the waffle iron and bake about 8 waffles from the batter. Serve with a sour cream dip.
