Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 large potatoes
- 80 ml oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 50 g Parmesan, vegetarian (made with rennet substitute)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Wash the potatoes, halve them with the skin on (if possible), and cut them into strips. Toss them in a bowl with oil, seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, then place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 40-50 minutes. Serve with dips of your choice.
