Quark-oil dough as a quick alternative to yeast dough
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the flour with the baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and oregano. Then make a well in the flour and add 1 egg, the quark, the olive oil, and the milk. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Wash, trim, and chop the onions and bell pepper. Tear the cooked pulled pork into coarse strands with a fork. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough on the sheet with a rolling pin and spread with the tomato sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Then spread half of the onions and bell peppers over the dough. Spread the pulled pork on the pizza. Distribute the remaining onion rings and bell pepper pieces over the meat and sprinkle the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza at 180°C in the lower third of the oven for about 25-30 minutes. If the pizza bakes too quickly, cover it with some aluminum foil.
