Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 3 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some onion powder
  • 2 pinches garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fried potato wedges (side dish)

Peel, rinse, and eighth the potatoes (cut into wedges). Mix the wheat flour with salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and paprika powder and toss the potato wedges in it. Then cook the wedges in the preheated deep fryer for one minute, remove them, and toss them in the breading again. Then fry until the wedges float to the top and cook to the desired brown color.
