Potatoes – Kohlrabi and Processed Cheese

The perfect potatoes – kohlrabi and processed cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 600 g Kohlrabi
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and kohlrabi, cook in the vegetable stock and drain.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the butter until translucent.
  3. Add the onions and processed cheese to the kohlrabi potatoes, allow the processed cheese to melt, mix everything well, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
  4. Pan-fried meat goes well with it.
