Potatoes – Kohlrabi and Processed Cheese
The perfect potatoes – kohlrabi and processed cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Potatoes
- 600 g Kohlrabi
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 1 Onion
- Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Peel and dice the potatoes and kohlrabi, cook in the vegetable stock and drain.
- Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the butter until translucent.
- Add the onions and processed cheese to the kohlrabi potatoes, allow the processed cheese to melt, mix everything well, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
- Pan-fried meat goes well with it.
