Potatoes – Sauerkraut – Tofu Patties

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g jacket potatoes, peeled and crushed
  • 200 g sauerkraut, finely chopped
  • 50 g leek, frozen in rings
  • 200 g tofu, plain
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • 120 g chickpeas, ground
  • 1 tsp black cumin, grind
  • 20 peppercorns, grind
  • possibly salt
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan

Mash the boiled potatoes and tofu with a fork, finely chop the sauerkraut. Now combine all ingredients except the ground pepper, adding more salt if desired. Form patties with wet hands and fry in hot oil over reduced heat on both sides. My own recipe.
