Potatoes with Barbecue Pork

The perfect potatoes with barbecue pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 medium sized Potato
  • 600 gr Pig meat
  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 bottle Barbecue grill sauce 250 ml
  • 150 gr Whole milk yogurt
  • 100 gr Sour cream
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered for approx. 30 minutes.
  1. Fry the meat in hot oil until it is roughly crumbly. Peel the onion, dice finely and sauté with it. Pour in approx. 1/4 l water and barbecue sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  1. Mix the yogurt and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
  1. Drain the potatoes, cut them lengthways and push them apart a little. Spread the barbecue pork and some cream on top.
  1. With a crispy green salad.
