Potatoes with Barbecue Pork

- 8 medium sized Potato
- 600 gr Pig meat
- 1 size Onion
- 1 bottle Barbecue grill sauce 250 ml
- 150 gr Whole milk yogurt
- 100 gr Sour cream
- Salt pepper
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered for approx. 30 minutes.
- Fry the meat in hot oil until it is roughly crumbly. Peel the onion, dice finely and sauté with it. Pour in approx. 1/4 l water and barbecue sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the potatoes, cut them lengthways and push them apart a little. Spread the barbecue pork and some cream on top.
- With a crispy green salad.
