Potatoes with Chives Curd

  • 8 piece Waxy potatoes with their skin on
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 0,5 a cup Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash and boil the potatoes. Mix the quark well with the sour cream in a bowl, cut the chives into fine rolls and stir into the quark, season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes, halve or peel. Serve with the quark, if you like you can also put butter on the potatoes.
