Baked Curd Potatoes

  • 4 size Potatoes

Quark

  • 100 g Quark
  • 3 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Butter
  • 100 g Ham cubes raw
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 stem Wild garlic fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Potatoes

  1. Thoroughly clean the potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes, drain and let cool down a little.
  2. Now cut a lid crosswise and hollow out the potato, mash the mass.

Quark

  1. Mix the quark with the creme fraiche, butter, diced ham and the potato mixture.
  2. Divide the egg, add the egg yolk to the quark mixture and whip the egg white until stiff.
  3. Wash the wild garlic, shake it dry, cut it into small pieces and add to the quark mixture with the egg white, salt and pepper and stir in
  4. Put the mass in the hollowed out potatoes in a greased baking dish and put it in the 175c. warm oven for about 15-20 minutes
  5. I seared the lid in a little butter on the cut side
