Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tbsp dill, dried tips
  • 300 g Maultasche(s) (homemade or ready-made)
  • 300 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 125 g shrimp tails (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, dust with flour, and sauté. Deglaze with white wine, milk, and cream, stirring constantly, and simmer for 10 minutes. Then season with lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the Maultaschen into cubes. Place the Maultaschen and salmon in a greased baking dish, pour over the sauce, and sprinkle with the dill sprigs. Bake the casserole for 45-60 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the shrimp tails over medium heat. Arrange the Maultaschen, salmon, and shrimp on plates.
