Potatoes with Peppers

The perfect potatoes with peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried rosemary
  • Oil
  1. Boil the potatoes, leave to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and garlic and fry in oil with the cleaned and diced peppers and potatoes.
  3. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and the herbs and stir-fry until crispy brown.
  4. I served sausages with it.
