Cream Potatoes with Peppers

  • 1 piece Red pointed peppers
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 0,125 l Water
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Cafe de Paris
  1. Dice the boiled potatoes, clean the peppers and also dice. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Warm the potatoes with water, peppers and onions. It should simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Then add the creme fraiche and season with the spices.
