Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- some cream
- 1 tbsp dressing (herb dressing)
- some yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- chili powder
- Herb(s) (garden herbs)
- e.g. potato(s)
- possibly butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes with their skins on. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables. Slice the cucumber, then cut into thin strips. Dice the bell pepper. Deseed and finely dice the tomatoes. Combine everything in a bowl with the quark. Stir well. Then add the spices and mix again. Now mix with plenty of dressing, a little cream, and a spoonful of natural yogurt. Season to taste. Peel the potatoes and arrange them on a plate with the quark. If desired, add a little more butter to the potatoes.
