Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts (150 g each)
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500 ml water
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 bags of ready-made mix for hunter’s sauce
- ½ cup sour cream (10%)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry in a non-stick pan in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Keep the chicken breasts warm. Sauté the mushrooms in the frying fat, then deglaze with water. Stir in the hunter’s sauce according to the instructions and cook for 10 minutes. Fold in the sour cream. Serve the sauce over the chicken breasts. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
