Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp salt, coarse
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp, levelled pepper, black
- 1 tbsp, levelled pepper, white
- 1 tbsp, leveled cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp garlic flakes
- 1 tbsp chili flakes, dried, without seeds
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds

for frying, grilling or braising
Finely grind all ingredients in a blender and place in a dark screw-top jar. Tip: For 2 chicken thighs or 8 chicken inner fillets, mix 2 teaspoons with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon oil, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Brush the mixture onto the meat or marinate it in a freezer bag. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours before continuing.
