Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 large head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 pack of mozzarella, sliced cheese
- 10 tbsp sunflower oil
- n. B. Herbs for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and chop the parsley, chives, and iceberg lettuce. Then place everything in a bowl. Finely chop the mozzarella slices and add them to the bowl. Then add the sunflower oil and mix in the herbs. Stir everything well and let it stand for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with fish sticks.
