Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1 pkt. Puff pastry, frozen, 450g
- Grease, for the sheet
- 4 tbsp jam (orange jam)
- 300 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g ground almonds
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out onto a greased baking sheet. Briefly heat the orange marmalade and spread it on the puff pastry. Knead the remaining ingredients into crumbles and spread them on top. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into diamond shapes.
