Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp Cognac, can also be used without
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 cup of crab
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Add the sugar, salt, and paprika. Squeeze the lemon and stir in the juice. Stir in the cognac and ketchup. Finally, fold in the crab and mandarin oranges. Serve with toast.
