Prawns al pilpil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g king prawns
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Shrimp in garlic

Take a pan and heat the oil. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Add the garlic and shrimp to the oil and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the lemon juice, wine, paprika, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley before serving! Serve with white bread.
