Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 18 shrimp(s) each approx. 30 g
- some salt and pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 red peppers (alternatively chili peppers)
- 200 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped

quick and tasty prepared shrimp
Devein the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Halve the bell pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a heavy-based pan and sauté the garlic very briefly. Add the bell pepper and sauté briefly. Add the shrimp. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Deglaze with the lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
